IGHT Board makeup

Following the resignation of Adam Murphy last Thursday the IGHT Board currently have three elected Directors and three co-opted Directors. As such the Board would not be quorate for meetings. An Extraordinary General Meeting for members will be held as soon as we are able to do so. We would hope that this will be communicated to members this coming week.
